Bergin played on Sunday despite being hurt in Saturday's match

Nottingham Panthers forward Kevin Bergin is expected to be out of action for up to six weeks with a suspected fractured foot.

Bergin was hurt during Saturday's home win over Coventry but finished the game and played in Sunday's return match.

The 28-year-old will see a specialist on Tuesday when the extent of the injury will be confirmed.

Winger Ross Dalgleish was also hurt on Sunday and is set to miss a month because of a shoulder injury.
