Coventry Blaze enjoyed a four-point weekend with back-to-back wins over the Newcastle Vipers.

Defenceman Brian Lee scored twice in the 5-2 victory in Whitley Bay on Saturday night.

Greg Chambers and Dan Carlson bagged a brace 24 hours later in a 6-3 success at the Skydome.

The results leave Coventry a point clear of Belfast at the top of the Elite League, with two matches to come against Nottingham this weekend.
