A hat-trick from Joe Henry inspired Coventry Blaze to a 7-4 victory over Great Britain Universities at the Skydome Arena on Wednesday night.

The 20-year-old forward sparkled in a young Blaze line-up.

The other Coventry goals came from Aaron Nell and Luke Fulghum, while Dan Carlson struck twice.

This weekend Coventry face Newcastle home and away in the Elite League, the teams meet on Tyneside on Saturday then back at the Skydome on Sunday.
