Jonathan Weaver opened the scoring in Sunday's defeat
Coventry Blaze threw away a two-goal lead over Edinburgh as they slipped to their third straight home defeat.
Jonathan Weaver and Carlyle Lewis ensured Blaze were ahead going into the first break on Sunday.
But second-period goals from Adam Stefishen, Joe Dustin, Mark Hurtubise and Doug Christiansen stunned the Skydome faithful.
Blaze stepped up the pressure in the final twenty minutes but the visitors held out for the win.
Coventry remain second in the Elite league after picking up two points in Belfast on Saturday but coach Paul Thompson is concerned with his side's recent showings at the Skydome.
Thompson told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: "It's worrying. Three home losses in a row - I can't remember another time we've had that.
"These games are where we should be putting on the shows for our fans. These people pay our wages."
Blaze will hope to end their recent home hoodoo when they entertain Belfast Giants on Saturday (21 March).
