Neilson's side are fourth in the Elite League table
Nottingham Panthers coach Corey Neilson has insisted his side will not be taking it easy despite the Elite League title now being out of their reach.
Panthers have eight league matches left to play, starting with Basingstoke and Hull this weekend.
Neilson told BBC Radio Nottingham: "We built a team full of winners and the guys hate losing.
"In-fact I think they hate losing more than they like winning, which is always a good sign."
Second place is still within sight for Neilson's side, as they host Basingstoke on Saturday and travel to Hull on Sunday.
Neilson added: "Every time our fans come down they want to see wins, goals and production too.
"We know what's at stake and every time we step onto the ice, fans want to see a quality game and a quality product - so we will continue to put on a good show."
