Andrew Martin scored the second goal for the Belfast Giants

The Belfast Giants moved up to fourth place in the Elite League thanks to Thursday's comfortable win over Hull in front of their home Odyssey fans.

Goals from Colin Shields and Andrew Martin had the Giants two up at the end of the first period.

Matt Reynolds and Jeff Glowa brought the Stingrays level but quickfire scores from Tyler Howells, Shields and Malcolm McMillan made it 5-2.

George Awada, Bobby Robins and Mike Burgoyne scored in the final period.
