Nottingham Panthers captain Danny Meyers said he saw the best and worst of his side in their wins over Edinburgh on Sunday. The Panthers managed two victories over the Capitals - 6-1 and 6-5 - in back-to-back games. Meyers told BBC Radio Nottingham: "In the first period we were outstanding, probably one of the best all season. "But we also had a seven-minute spell in the second period where we went to pot and seemed to collapse." Meyers added: "We panicked and let three goals in that period but good teams find a way to win and we did that."
