Tessier won the play-offs with Sheffield last season |
Nottingham Panthers forward Dan Tessier says he cannot wait to face his former club at the weekend. Panthers, who are top of the Elite League after four matches, take on Sheffield at the National Ice Centre on Saturday night. Tessier told BBC Radio Nottingham: "It's going to be exciting but it's going to be weird playing against my old team-mates. "I just going to go out and play my game and see what happens." Tessier had two spells with the Steelers and helped them win the play-offs last season scoring in the final against Coventry. Panthers will have Marc Levers back in the line-up. The Derby-born youngster missed both matches last weekend, due to the head wound sustained from the attack by Rick Kozak of Hull two weeks ago.
