Market Rasen racecourse stages its main summer meeting on Saturday, with the running of the Summer Plate. Welsh trainer Peter Bowen is aiming for a third successive win in the race, which carries prize money of �65,000. The racecourse is expecting a crowd of 6,000 for the meeting, which has also been designated Ladies' Day. Managing director Pip Kirkby told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "The quality of the racing looks great and we're looking forward to a bumper day." There are two listed races on the card of seven, the first of which is the Totescoop6 Summer Hurdle Race at 1405 BST. The Summer Plate race is at 1540 BST.
