Leicester Ladies are destined to win a treble of titles this season, according to star striker Kerry Williams.

Williams has featured regularly in an unbeaten season, which has seen the team become national indoor champions and win the Premier League.

She told BBC Radio Leicester: "We were destined for the league and hopefully destined to win the play- offs."

Leicester face Slough in the English Hockey League Championship play-off final on Saturday.

Williams said: "Fingers crossed it will be a formality and cap off a really brilliant season for us.

"We've got such a great squad - we've been working together for the last seven years some of us and I think this year we've just got it right."
