Hobbs has played 43 out of 45 league games so far this season

Leicester City defender Jack Hobbs said he was stunned to win two gongs at the club's Player of the Year awards.

Hobbs was voted Player of the Year by the fans and also shared the Players' Player award with midfielder Andy King at the event on Tuesday.

Hobbs told the club's website: "We've had that many great players this season that I wasn't expecting anything.

"To pick up the awards is a great honour. I'm absolutely made up. It's been a great night."

Hobbs has played a key part in helping the Foxes secure a place in the Championship play-offs with one game of the season still to play.
