Alex Hedges was crowned the Isle of Man's men's National Gymnastics champion on Saturday after winning five of the event's six disciplines. Hedges, who won six gold medals at the Island Games earlier in the summer finished first on the pommel, rings, vault, parallel bars and high bar. Makunda Measuria finished second overall with Adam Hedges third while Joe Smith took victory on the floor. The women's Championship will he held on Saturday starting at 0900 BST. Meanwhile Anand Patel won the under-16s title, Josh Caple claimed the under-14s, Anton Ivshin was the under-12s winner and Cedric Lucas picked up the under-10s title.
