Peter Norfolk and Jordanne Whiley were victorious at the 2011 National Wheelchair Tennis Championships. Norfolk, a veteran of 20 years in the sport, beat 18-year-old Josh Steels 7-6, 6-7, 6-2 at the Oxtsalls Tennis Centre in Gloucester. "Josh impressed me and to end up with the title after such a tight match, I'm delighted" said Norfolk. In the women's final, Whiley clinched a fourth national title in five years with a 6-4, 7-5 win over Louise Hunt. Both singles champions were also part of the pairings that won the doubles titles, and Cheltenham's Emma Aldred-Tow won the women's consolation singles final, beating Val Fisher 4-6, 6-4, 6-4.
