Top Paralympic job for Jerseyman Dennis Le Breuilly

Action from sitting volleyball
Sitting volleyball provides major opportunities for disability athletes

Jersey's Dennis Le Breuilly has been appointed technical delegate for sitting volleyball at the London Paralympics in 2012.

Le Breuilly, who is technical official at this month's Asian Para Games in China, will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the sport.

Volleyball has been identified by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) as one of its start-up sports.

The IPC intends to promote the sport widely across the globe.

Sitting volleyball requires only a net and a ball to be played and has enjoyed full Paralympic status since 1980.
