Special Olympics heroes to return
The Project 21 centre
Douglas has a sports centre for those with disabilities
The gold-winning Manx Special Olympics team are due to arrive back in the Isle of Man on Tuesday.

The floor hockey team will return brandishing a gold medal from the Invitational Winter Games in Austria.

Team members included Gareth Cowin, Justine Perry, John Stephens, Jody Blaney, Emily Davies, Lawrence Dyer, Emily Davies and David Hudson.

Chelsea Scott, Stuart Marquis, Daniel Kelly, Mark Henry and Andrew Richardson were the other Manx representatives.

It was the third National Winter Games featuring 1,200 athletes competing in eight different sports from 15 nations.
