Morris will now be aiming for a place at the Beijing Paralympics |
David Stone and Rachel Morris claimed two golds apiece to add to Britain's medal tally at the World Para-Cycling Championships in France. The pair's victories in the road-race events ensured GB finished top of the medal table with 17 medals, including 13 golds.
Stone successfully defended his time trial and road race titles in the CP2 category for trikes.
Handcyclist Morris was victorious in the two women's category B races.
Darren Kenny won two bronzes in the CP3 category behind Spanish duo Javier Ochoa and Maurice Eckhard.
The success on the road follows on from the track events where GB won 11 medals, including nine golds, and is a boost to their chances ahead of next year's Beijing Paralympics.
