Roberts set a European record of 4mins 53.80secs in the S7 400m freestyle, pipping team-mate Andrew Lindsay.
Roberts had already won the 100m freestyle and 4x100m relay.
Matt Whorwood, 16, cut 10 seconds off his personal best to finish second in the S6 400m freestyle, finishing in five minutes 25.67 seconds.
"I feel fantastic," Whorwood said. "All that hard work has finally paid off."
Nyree Lewis claimed victory in the S6 400m freestyle, Danielle Watts secured her third title of the meet after dominating the 200m backstroke while Claire Cashmore took silver in the S8 100m breaststroke.
Jim Anderson was edged out in the S2 50m breaststroke, but Fran Williamson broke a British record en route to her first major international title with victory in the S3 50m freestyle.
Swim Swansea's Rhiannon Henry also claimed bronze in the 100m butterfly.
