Norfolk ends the year as world number one
Peter Norfolk clinched the last major singles title to have eluded him by beating David Wagner in the Wheelchair Tennis Singles Masters final.

Norfolk hit 42 winners and six aces on his way to a 6-1 6-4 victory that made him Britain's first ever champion in the Amsterdam event.

He had already won all three Super Series Quad titles this year at the Japan, British and US Opens.

Norfolk finishes 2006 as the number one Quad Singles player for the third time.
