British trio win bronze at worlds
Wheelchair table tennis player Sue Gilroy
Gilroy was victorious in Melbourne earlier this year
Wheelchair table tennis players Sue Gilroy, Neil Robinson and Cathy Mitton all won bronze medals at the IPC World Championships in Switzerland.

Commonwealth and European champion Gilroy, 33, beat Valeria Zoretta of Italy to earn a Class 4 bronze.

Paralympic bronze medallist Cathy Mitton also beat Italian opposition, Clara Podda, in the Class 1-2 category.

Robinson beat German Jan Guertler 3-1 in Class 3, having earlier beaten 2002 world champion Jean-Philippe Robin.

James Rawson and Scott Robertson also both reached the semi-finals in their categories.

The team events failed to yield any more success with the Class 2 women's team of Mitton, Jane Campbell and Sara Head coming closest after losing to Italy in the play-off for bronze.
