The Great Britain sledge hockey team have been dealt a blow just ahead of the Winter Paralympics in Italy. Second choice keeper Gary Vaughan, 52, has been ruled out because of blood pressure. He is responding well to treatment but will not be fit in time.
Vaughan, one of the team's most experienced players, will be replaced by Matthew Lloyd from Yorkshire.
Great Britain begin their sledge hockey campaign in Turin against Canada on Saturday, 11 March.
