Britain's Peter Norfolk comfortably reached the quad singles semi-finals of the British Wheelchair Tennis Open in Nottingham with victory over third seed Sarah Hunter. The Hampshire player beat the Canadian 6-2 6-1 and will now play world number two and second seed David Wagner of the United States in the semi-finals.
The match will be a repeat of last week's quarter-final clash at the Belgian Open, which the Briton won.
Joining Norfolk and Wagner in the last four are World No 1 and defending champion Nobuhiro Tachibana of Japan and Bas Van Erp of the Netherlands, the finalists from the Belgian Open.
The top four seeds have all booked their places in the semi-finals of the women's singles.
World number one and defending champion Esther Vergeer of the Netherlands will meet fourth seed Daniela Di Toro of Australia, who is the only player to have beaten Vergeer this year.
The other semi-final sees second seed Maaike Smit of the Netherlands take on fellow countrywoman and third seed Sonja Peters.
In the men's main draw doubles, defending champions Jayant Mistry of Great Britain and Robin Ammerlaan of the Netherlands progressing to the semi-finals with a 6-2 6-2 win over Britain's Simon Hatt and Piotr Jaroszewski of Poland.
Mistry and Ammerlaan, bidding for their third consecutive British Open Doubles title, now face the top seeded pairing of Poland's Tadeusz Kruszelnicki and Satoshi Saida of Japan.
