Sports Personality 2010 - Phil Taylor Phil Taylor says finishing second to national hunt jockey AP McCoy at the BBC Sports Personality of the year was the biggest award of his career. Taylor 50, who has won 15 world titles, was given a standing ovation by the audience in Birmingham on Sunday. He told BBC Radio Stoke: "I can't believe how many people recognised me this is a wonderful moment for me. "I can honestly say this is the biggest award I've ever had. If I never win another thing I don't care." He added: "In my mind, it's the biggest thing I've ever done. This is the biggest award of my whole career. "I thought if I have any chance of anything, maybe third. But when he said 'Phil the Power' my heart was just banging."
