Ledbury's darts star Terry Jenkins went out of the Stan James World Matchplay in the fourth round when he was beaten 13-11 by Dennis Priestley. Jenkins led 2-1 early on in the contest, and then 9-8, but Priestley kept his composure to see out the win. "Getting over the winning line was tough but it was exciting for the fans," said Priestley. Priestley went on to beat Alan Tabern in the last eight to set up a semi-final meeting with Phil Taylor.
