Top cyclists will head to Essex for Tour of Britain

Race organisers are promising an exciting finale to stage seven of the Tour of Britain which finishes in Colchester on 17 September.
The penultimate stage of the race starts in Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk before heading to Braintree, Maldon, Tiptree and Colchester.
"Some of the riders from the Tour de France will be competing," technical director Mick Bennett told BBC Essex.
"At least eight teams from that Tour will be riding."
Colchester successfully hosted a round of the town centre Tour Series last year and the large crowds convinced race organisers to bring another event to the town.
"The riders liked the circuit and the organisers told us they were impressed with the amount of space for spectators and the other events we put on," said Colchester Borough Council's Nick Barlow.
The stage will be predominantly flat with only one major climb on Ballingdon Hill in Sudbury but organisers believe that will provide an exciting finish.
"I think you may still get the odd breakaway out on the roads but as they get towards Colchester the race will probably come together and that will provide a real spectacle," said Bennett.
