Scotland's David Millar clinched his first title of the year following a final stage victory in the Three Days of De Panne race in Belgium.

The Garmin rider secured the title by heading the field in the 14km half-stage time trial on Thursday.

The time-trial victory ensured Millar, 33, finished ahead of Ukrainian Andrei Grivko and Italian Luca Paolini in the overall standings.

Millar's team-mate Tyler Farrar won the 114km stage earlier in the day.
