Manx trio win six medals in Minsk

Manx cyclists, Mark Christian, Chris Whorrall and Tim Kennaugh were all in the medals at the European Track Championships in Belarus.

Representing team GB the trio left the Minsk Velodrome with two medals each.

Christian won silver in the team pursuit event and bronze in the points race, both at under-23 level.

Junior rider Whorrall won gold in the Madison and bronze in the scratch race, while Kennaugh took silver in the team pursuit and bronze in the points race.
