Leicester Riders suffered a 79-99 away defeat against Glasgow Rocks in their BBL season opener on Sunday.

Riders had won their first three games of the new campaign - all in the BBL Trophy - but were second best against an impressive Rocks side.

Rocks dominated from the outset and held a 54-33 advantage by half-time.

Leicester worked hard to get back into the match but despite a 6-0 opening to the second half they could not get any closer and the hosts eased to victory.
