Attewell was in fine form for the Trailblazers

Derby Trailblazers are through to the EBL League's Men's Trophy semi-finals for the first time in their history thanks to a 94-65 home win over Leeds.

Trailblazers, led by Simon Allaway's 19 points and Dave Attewell's 16 rebounds, raced ahead early on and eased home.

Coach Clarence Wiggins said: "In the first half, we probably played as good as we've done all season. Our defensive intensity was at an all-time high.

"Every single player was solid and it shows what we're capable of doing."

Derby will find who they will face in the final four on Monday when the draw is made.
