Paternostro's side are fifth in the BBL table

Leicester Riders remain in fifth place in the British Basketball League Championship after suffering back-to-back defeats over the weekend.

Rob Paternostro's side went down 90-89 to Worthing Thunder at home in the first league meeting between the two sides on Saturday.

The Riders then lost 99-94 away at the Milton Keynes Lions on Sunday.

Leicester now face Newcastle Eagles - who are second in the BBL table - at home on Saturday.
