A late comeback from Leicester Riders was not enough to avoid a 91-96 BBL Trophy defeat to Cheshire on Saturday. The Jets had only seven fit players at the tip-off and played the last four minutes with a player short.
But The Riders' comeback from an 18-point deficit came up short, as Cheshire's Shawn Myers' 28 points was unmatched by a steely Leicester side.
It was the second defeat of the weekend for the Riders, who lost 95-63 to MK Lions on Friday.
