A confident debut from Carlos White was unable to prevent Leicester Riders from a 95-63 loss to MK Lions on Friday. The 27-year-old American forward was put straight into the team after signing on Thursday and made an instant impact, scoring a total of 20 points.
However, Terrell Brown spurred the Lions on with back-to-back three pointers in the first quarter and finished top scorer with 22 points.
Peter Heizer and Tony Windless both scored 18 each to complete the rout.
The Riders have now lost their last five games. They face Cheshire on Saturday.
