The credit crunch is being blamed for fewer teams playing in the 2009 Guernsey Easter Hockey Festival to be held this weekend. Twelve teams have registered to take part in the event, five fewer than competed in 2008. Festival chairman Richard Bowyer told BBC Guernsey: "We have found it much more difficult this year. "Last year we were lucky enough to have a headline sponsor. It's a stretch this year but we should be okay."
