Newcastle Eagles maintained their pursuit of BBL Championship leaders Chester Jets with an 81-77 win at Brighton Bears. Andrew Sullivan top-scored with 25 points as the Eagles overcame the
Bears for the third time this month.
The Bears led late on but a Jeremy Hyatt three-pointer put the Eagles 77-76 in front.
And the visitors held on against their injury-hit opponents to claim a victory.
