The Olympics go interactive
The world's biggest sporting stars will be on screen live and interactive via BBC Sport for over 15 hours a day during the Olympic Games.

Digital TV viewers will have up to five times as much choice of sporting heroes, and over 2,000 hours of extra TV footage exclusively through BBCi.

It is your opportunity to see complete start-to-finish action from sports not shown on linear BBC TV coverage.

All of the extra Games footage can be accessed by pressing the red button on the remote control during live Athens 2004 broadcasts on any BBC channel - no matter what digital platform you are signed up with.

Digital Satellite and Digital Cable viewers will be offered a total of five TV choices showing live and highlighted video streams across all events.

Freeview customers will be able to choose from an extra two video streams of live coverage on top of the BBC One and BBC Two offerings.

A new "schedule feature", detailing the interactive offerings for the whole day, will allow viewers to plan their viewing for the day.

The service will be supplemented with a medals table, winners section and a news section.
