The USA will face Australia in the Olympic women's basketball final. The United States won Friday's first semi-final when they edged Russia 66-62 at the Olympic Indoor Hall.
Meanwhile, Australia recorded a 88-75 victory over Brazil, thanks partly to 26 points and 12 rebounds from star Lauren Jackson.
In the last four of the men's competition, Argentina will play the United States and Italy face Lithuania for a place in the final.
Australia's Jackson looked ahead to what promises to be mouthwatering clash.
"We're going to have to play our best game ever, but I know we will do it," she said.
"This is as big as it gets."
