Lowe was part of the side which clinched gold in the womens' medley relay |
Hartlepool swimmer Jemma Lowe is targeting an Olympic place after helping Great Britain to a medley relay gold in Eindhoven on Monday. Lowe, 17, will now go into April's GB trials at Ponds Forge in Sheffield confident of a place in Beijing.
"I'll be doing 100m and 200m fly which hopefully I will be qualifying for at the Olympics," she told BBC Tees.
"It's good to see that I was racing at my personal best and hopefully I'll be able to do it again in Sheffield."
"Last week I was at home watching the competition and getting ready to travel, but to travel out on the Sunday and come here and win, it's amazing," she added.
