Ross Rowing Club's juniors were among the winners at Loughborough Regatta with success in both sculling and the fours at the weekend.

Ed Surman was pushed all the way in the J14 single sculls but held on to win by two hundredths of a second.

The Women's J15 quad of Amy Surman, Ellie Grindle, Rosie Brandom Jones and Zoe Sarjant, who were coxed by Morgan Baynham Williams, were also successful.

They easily beat rivals from Runcorn and Warrington in the final.
