Wolverhampton's Craig Fallon has continued his excellent form ahead of this year's Olympic Games by taking gold at the Vienna World Cup. Fallon - from the Hardy Spicer Club in Birmingham - beat home favourite Ludwig Paischer in the 60kg final to continue his gold-medal winning run.
The former World and European champion has now won gold in the last four tournaments he has competed in.
Fallon leads the European Olympic rankings for his weight category.
The latest victory will prove particularly sweet for Fallon after battling back from a shoulder injury sustained in January.
Fallon won his pool and overcame young French star Dimitri Dragin in the semi-final.
That win set up a rematch with Paischer, whom Fallon beat in the final of the 2005 World Championships in Egypt.
Despite having the home crowd against him, Fallon repeated his victory of three years ago winning by waza-ari.
Fallon is now favourite to seal his place in the British team for Beijing.
