After missing out on the 2010 World Triathlon title through a stress fracture, Alistair Brownlee is determined not to let injury get in the way of his assault on the 2011 Championship.

To make sure he was in peak condition for the Championship opener in Sydney this weekend, Alistair made an appointment with his physiotherapist, Emma Deakin from the English Institute of Sport.
