Ross Carr was outspoken after the defeat by Fermanagh |
Down manager Ross Carr was cleared to run the sideline in Sunday's Ulster SFC draw with Tyrone at Healy Park. Carr had an appeal against an eight-week ban rejected by the Central Appeals Committee on Thursday night. Carr was suspended for criticising a referee after his team's National League defeat by Fermanagh in April. But after a further appeal to the Disputes Resolution Authority he was been granted 'interim relief' to be in the Down dugout. Carr's assistant DJ Kane was banned from the Healy Park sidelines as the suspension he is currently serving does not elapse until Tuesday.
