Croke Park is now an ultra-modern 80,000-seater stadium

Although the matter will be debated at the Congress, getting the necessary two-thirds majority is regarded as an uphill task.

GAA president Sean Kelly said the acceptance of the proposals relating to Rule 42 was a vindication of the decision to introduce a more flexible process in dealing with motions.
