Stephen O'Neill is replaced at left half-forward by Kevin Hughes

Tyrone forward Stephen O'Neill and Down corner-back Brendan Grant have been ruled out of Sunday's Bank of Ireland Ulster Football final.

O'Neill's absence in the Red Hand team is compensated by the return to the side of Cormac McAnallen and Sean Cavanagh.

Gerard Cavlan and Kevin Hughes who started in midfield against Antrim move to the attack with McAnallen and Cavanagh slotting back into midfield while Mark Harte drops to the Tyrone bench.

John Devine has recovered from a rib injury and retains his place in goal.

Down corner-back Grant is replaced in the defence by Aidan O'Prey although Martin Cole will switch to take the number four jersey with O'Prey set to start at centre half-back.

Grant misses out because of a shoulder injury.

The Down attack also shows one change in personnel with Colm McCrickard replaced by Mayobridge man Ronan Sexton.

Paddy O'Rourke has also made a number of positional switches in the attack with Michael Walsh moving from the full-forward line to take the number 11 jersey.

Sean Cavanagh: Back in the Tyrone team

Benny Coulter has been selected at left half-forward.

Meanwhile, the draw for the fourth round of All-Ireland Football qualifiers will be made immediately after Sunday's Munster Final.

Problems arose with the previous round when details were leaked before RTE showed their broadcast of the draw.

The four beaten provincial finalists will join Fermanagh, Donegal, Armagh and Roscommon in the draw.

Matches will take place on the weekends of 19/20 July and 26/27 July and will be played at neutral venues.

Meanwhile, Kerry midfielder Darragh O Se remains a major doubt for Sunday's Munster Football decider against Limerick.

O Se sustained an ankle injury in a recent challenge game.

Captain Declan Quill should be fit despite some recent fitness doubts.

Corcoran available

Limerick have a fitness doubt over midfielder John Quane but the expectation is that the veteran will line out.

Meanwhile, Ollie Fahy is back in the Galway hurling team for Sunday's All-Ireland Qualifier against Tipperary at Pearse Stadium.

Fahy replaces Cathal Moore in the only change from the win over Clare.

Galway boss Conor Hayes has left two vacancies in his side because of fitness doubts over Fergal Healy and Kevin Broderick.

Tipperary boss Michael Doyle has delayed his selection because five of his panel after in action in Wednesday evening's Munster U21 semi-final against Clare.

Noel Morris and Eugene O'Neill seem certain to be ruled out through injury but Eamonn Corcoran will be available because his three-month ban expires on Saturday evening.

Meanwhile, Offaly forward Vinny Claffey has announced his retirement from intercounty football.

Claffey, whose final game was last weekend's qualifier defeat by Roscommon, helped the Connacht to the 1997 Leinster title and 1998 National Football League.
