John Martin was on target early in the second half to earn Lisburn Distillery an important mid-table point.
Distillery are currently battling it out for a place in the top six before the Premier Division splits in two on 29 March.
This result against Cliftonville has moved them to within one point of sixth-placed Institute who lost at home to Coleraine.
Paul Kirk's Whites have a better goal difference than Institute.
Distillery found themselves one down at the interval as Barry Patton netted for the Reds late in the first half.
Martin volleyed in the equaliser on 58 minutes minutes after a good run down the left and cross by Jim McCloskey.
