PJ O'Hare's team take on Offaly on Sunday |
Gearoid Adams has returned to the Antrim football panel after holding discussions with manager PJ O'Hare.
The St John's defender quit the Antrim squad after being dropped for the recent NFL game against Westmeath.
Adams' main gripe was that he had not been told in person by O'Hare that he had been dropped.
Instead, he learned of his demotion after being told by a team-mate that the team had been released to BBC's Ceefax.
Adams met O'Hare earlier this week and they held discussions for over an hour.
After Adams had made public his decision to quit the panel, O'Hare wrote to him seeking a meeting.
Adams will not be available for Sunday's NFL game against Offaly in Tullamore but will link up with his intercounty colleagues again at training on Tuesday night.
Antrim opened their NFL campaign with a easy win over London but since have lost against Limerick and Westmeath.
Diarmuid Marsden: Out for Armagh |
Meanwhile, Armagh have made two changes from the team which defeated Donegal last time out for Sunday's game against Roscommon in Crossmaglen.
Steven McDonnell replaces Padraig Duffy while Martin O'Rourke takes over from Barry Duffy.
Diarmuid Marsden, Kieran McGeeney and Enda McNulty are ruled out because of injury.
Armagh go into the game with full points after winning their three opening games.
Roscommon's two wins so far include an opening day success over Tyrone.
Down welcome back Brian Burns for their tough encounter against Laois at Portlaoise.
Burns has missed the three opening NFL games because of injury.
Ciaran Byrne returns after suspension while Michael Higgins is selected at right half-back.
Four Monaghan changes
With Gregory McCartan suspended after his dismissal against Mayo, Colm McCrickard will partner Sean Ward in midfield while Dan Gordon's absence through injury means Benny Coulter switches to right half-forward.
The Laois team includes Hugh Emerson and Damien Delaney - both of whom have been coaxed back to intercounty football by new boss Mick O'Dwyer.
Monaghan have made four changes in personnel for Sunday's encounter against Longford in Clones.
Damien McKenna returns at full-back after missing last weekend's hammering by Derry while John Paul Mone, Gary Meehan and Tom Freeman are also recalled.
John O'Brien, Rory Woods and Vincent Corey are among the players to lose out.
Positional switches include James Coyle moving to centre-back while Raymond Ronaghan starts at full-forward.
Manager Colm Coyle leaves a vacancy at midfield.
Longford come into the game with four points from three matches - two points ahead of Coyle's team.
In Saturday evening's Division 1A clash at Pairc Ui Rinn, Cork defeated Galway 1-10 to 1-9.
