Loeb establishes commanding lead
Sebastien Loeb
Loeb was in a class of his own on the first day in Turkey
World champion Sebastien Loeb looks favourite to record his fourth consecutive victory after a successful day in the Rally of Turkey.

The Citroen driver won seven of Friday's eight stages, with Italian Mitsubishi driver, Gianluigi Galli, breaking the winning streak.

Frenchman Loeb, who leads the world championship by 11 points, has a 69.9-second cushion over Galli.

Peugeot's Marcus Gronholm is third, ahead of Subaru's Petter Solberg.

Former champion Solberg is 90 seconds down on Loeb, while another former winner, Carlos Sainz, lies in fifth spot, an impressive feat as he has not raced for seven months.
