Adam Scornicki's experience has helped preserve Wolves' home record. |
Wolverhampton Wolves speedway riders are being warned to take nothing for granted as they prepare to defend their home record at home to Peterborough. Wolves boss Peter Adams is conscious that several Panthers riders have huge experience on the Monmore track. Niels Kristian Iversen, Ales Dryml and Kenneth Hansen are all former Wolves riders who could prove a threat. "Make no mistake, this will be a tough meeting - the race for the play-offs is hotting up nicely," said Adams. "We are taking nothing for granted. Peterborough are a good team and I'm sure we'll see some close and exciting racing. "We have a great team spirit and our draw at Coventry on Friday was something special." Wolves are at full strength for the meeting, with Ty Proctor available after last week's commitments with parent club Redcar.
