Batchelor impressed on his return to Robins colours
Swindon rode to an impressive 55-41 win over Swedish Champions Lejonen in a pre-season friendly.
Troy Batchelor led the way, with Leigh Adams unbeaten for his 12 in an all round solid team performance.
Batchelor told BBC Radio Swindon: "It was all down to us to turn them over and we did a pretty good job of that.
"I didn't think there would be that much of a difference in the score line, I thought it would be a little bit closer." he added.
Fellow Australian Chris Holder top scored for Lejonen with 14 points.
The meeting was Batchelor's first in this country after visa problems delayed his return but he is confident of a second good season at Swindon.
"Everything feels good, the bikes, the engines are working well and it's just down to me. I felt pretty quick tonight but there's definitely more to come."
