Redcar Bears owner Glyn Taylor has admitted he is considering offers to take over the club, including one from team boss Brian Havelock.

Taylor confirmed earlier in the season that he was looking to sell the franchise and is due to talk to the prospective buyers.

"I have had an offer on the table from Brian whilst I am scheduled to meet the other party," said Taylor.

"Obviously I want to resolve matters as soon as possible."

"I want to kill speculation and to inform the BSPA [British Speedway Promoters' Association] of the latest developments with the annual conference imminent," he added.
