Vissing has been a star performer for Panthers this season
Peterborough Panthers star Claus Vissing has called on his team-mates to relax and enjoy themselves when they travel to Swindon on Thursday.
Panthers have experienced a difficult few weeks with captain Hans Andersen seemingly on his way out of the club.
"It's hard when you lose your number one and no-one is getting paid," Vissing told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.
"At home it's not a problem, but away we are struggling a bit. I think everyone has to relax a little bit."
Reports earlier in the week suggested Andersen will sign for another Elite League side on Friday.
Poole's Bjarne Pedersen was a guest rider for Panthers at Coventry on Monday - and it is a situation Vissing admits is far from ideal.
"It's hard for Danny [King] to be captain and to be a heat leader," he said. "It's hard for me to be in the team, because I'm normally a reserve rider."
Vissing will be disappointed to see Andersen leave the Showground, but is trying to look at the positives ahead of Swindon.
"Hans and me are good friends, definitely it's going to be hard to not have him there, but I'm looking forward to seeing who the new number one is going to be," he said.
"I hope they get all the money problems sorted so we can keep on running this season."
