Peterborough Panthers boss Trevor Swales said he has no explanation for a second consecutive home defeat after they lost 48-42 to Swindon on Monday. He told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "We're not happy at all and there are no excuses for it. "We've got some riders doing it one meeting and others doing it another and we've got to get some consistency out of them," he added. Panthers are next in action at fourth- placed Ipswich in the Elite League. The defeat at the Showground comes after Panthers were thrashed 51-39 at home by Lakeside in the Knock-Out Cup. Swales admitted he could understand discontent amongst the club's fans. "They have every reason not to be happy, we're not happy so obviously they're not going to be. "I feel sorry for them as it's their club," he added. "We really have to turn our season around very shortly and make strides forward."
